Dance is a one of a kind exercise in which you have to move your hands and legs in one way. It is the vast field which has further types and classifications. Each type has its own colors that spread creativity and drop jaws in different ways.

  1. Hip hop: It is a dance that demands too much energy and activeness because you need to do break, pop or freestyle dance in hip-hop. So, be ready!!

So,  these are few types of dances which are getting common. Some of them are common and few of them are in trend as we can see people performing salsa and pole dance in dance classes who are in their learning phase and aim to learn the best of best in the shortest time. Dance is very relaxing exercise that let you groove and move happily and freely without any tension of doing right or wrong.
